At Executive & Airport Travel, it is our intention to help and assist you in having a day to remember, for all the correct reasons. We will provide you with a first class service from start to finish, whether you require just one wedding car, a matching pair of wedding cars or an MPV for all the Bridesmaids or the gathering family – our wedding car hire service is very flexible.
Our range of luxury wedding cars include the Mercedes S Class (LWB), the ever popular Mercedes E Class or the long wheel base BMW 730. For those with a smaller budget or wanting something slightly different, why not consider the Volvo S90 or a traditional London Black Taxi, with an appropriately dressed cabby to match. No matter what you require, we are here to help. Today, weddings take many forms including foreign countries, UK wedding venues, at a local church or place of worship and of course the Registry Office. Each of these venues may require a slightly different service from your provider, for example a wedding in say Italy means a trip to the airport. This in turn means ensuring the wedding dress will be in the car – no problem choose an mpv for space.
For weddings in the UK, we outline three options for you to consider but nothing is craved in stone.
Wedding Option 1 – Just to the wedding venue
With this option we will collect you in your chosen wedding car from your home, hotel or other agreed location and take you directly to the wedding venue of your choice. If the two locations are not far apart, we may even be able to make an additional trip! Maybe take the Bridesmaids first, then return for the Bride herself. As we said earlier, we are flexible.
Wedding Option 2 – to the church, wait and then transfer the happy couple to the reception
Similar to Option 1, in the wedding car of your choice will collect the Bride from the agreed location, transfer to the church – can be the Registry Office or other place of worship – and wait during the wedding service. Normally, after the service, there will be photographs for which your Chauffeur will be happy to assist where possible. Maybe a picture of the car, or looking after “Aunty Annie’s” handbag so it does not spoil the pictures. As we said earlier, we are flexible.
Wedding Option 3 – at the end of the night
Whether you have chosen Option 1 or 2 above, the Bride and Groom may still need to get to their hotel or back home to start married life together. Here you have the choice of the wedding car with all the trimmings, or a normal executive saloon. No problem, we can collect and deliver to the appropriate location.
But Option 3 does not stop there. How about a treat for Mum and Dad or the new in-laws – how are they getting home? We can arrange this, plus much more with transportation for as many guests as you would like us to be available for – anything up to a 16 seat mini-coach. You see we are flexible!
